Amazing apartment resort situated in a lush mediterranean garden with pools, slides, playgrounds. It was clean, comfy, overall very pleasant vacation for us (family of 3, 5yo kid). The resort is located some 2km from beautiful natural beach. We've been able to find a free parking spot on the side of the road parallel to the beach on most days. Weekend was a problem in this regard. Bring a bathing cap if you want to swim in the residence pools (or you can buy some on the reception).

Great place, nice atmosphere, location is good to travel around, staff very friendly. Pool and playgrounds are perfect for kids. Not crowded and quite. We were very happy staying here!

Very nice residence, perfect size of territory for children to play. We had very good vacations. We could go for grosseries, beach or sightseeing by car not so far. Restaurant on territory for extra charge is convenient.

we visited the residence in September 2022 and were very satisfied. At the time of our visit, occupancy was already at about 40%, so there was peace and a very pleasant environment for us. It's probably busier in high season. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem and tiny lizards visited our apartment, but that's the Mediterranean. The sea and beaches are within driving distance of 10 to 20 minutes. at some beaches you can park for free, somewhere for a fee

Our stay at this place was fantastic. We were with children at the age of 9, they were not bored - they played on playgrounds, swings, played table tennis and bathed in the pool. The pool slide is not big, but it is a lot of fun and opportunities for young and old children. The number of sunbeds at the pool is sufficient, there was never a problem finding a spot. The pool water is heated and had the perfect temperature. The whole resort is quite big, but not too big - it’s perfect. There is a lot of space, greenery and peace. You can really relax. I would definitely come back here again.

it would have been better if there were mosquito nets on the windows, the cost of 7 euros extra per day if you want air conditioning we didn't like it.

Excellent welcome, helpful and very kind personnel, many thanks to the ladies! Great facilities, well equipped houses immersed in a fantastic mediteranean garden with swimming pool, all a few minutes drive from Baratti and Rimigliano beaches - two of the best in Tuscany, natural, well equipped, clean waters, wonderful landscapes.

Beware of the need to book a table at the in-house restaurant, otherwise you risk not to get one which after a long drive is not ideal. But we discovered the fantastic Mum and Dad in San Vincenzo a simple quality restaurant at a few km away.
