L'appuntamento è vicino alla piscina. La struttura è molto bella e la piscina è già utilizzabile da aprile. La stanza breakfast con a disposizione le macchinette per il caffè, cibo e gelati. Il loggiato con tavolo davanti all'appartamento. La struttura coperta con i giochi. La palestra. Il garage coperto. La vicinanza al paese, ai servizi e ai supermercati pur essendo in campagna.

Il gallo. Il bagno senza finestra. La strada.

we loved our stay! On our whay there a storm got us and we ware all wet on our motorcycles. Very frendly host provide us with dryers and hangers an we felt very wellcomed! Clean, spacius rooms and good beds! all 10!

Well attended place, everything kept clean and on a decent level. The hosts are very nice. Close to city and beach.

Unfortunately the road next to the Podere is very noisy. For my taste there were too many travellers with dogs (smelly). Still if you travel with pets it‘s probably a good choice.

The appartment was spaceous, clean, and well-equipped. Roberta as a host was very nice, communicative and helpful.

The only flaw was the water in the shower. It was not warm enough. Probably when the weather is good it would not be an issue but with rainy time we had it was not comfortable. The other thing is that there are two main roads very close and you can hear cars passing by.

Friendly personal with good recommendations and kind attitude. Spacious apartments.

Rooster some 50 yards away may wake some light sleeper, but not me 😀

This place offered a friendly, welcoming and fun setting. the pool was great, and we all enjoyed the facilities. Roberta was welcoming and communication was perfect.

The only thing I wish was different was a shorter walk to the beach.
