The location was so good we were able to walk everywhere we needed to within Napier. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was generous in size. We had everything we needed as a family of four.
The two things that needed fixing were sorted out very quickly. Thanks team!

Easy to find, great location
A little dated but still neat and tidy.

Central location, quick and easy check in/out
The room was cold, the heater provided didn’t warm the room at all even after running it for an hour. Same with the hot water, the main water switch was off on arrival and even after an hours wait, still didn’t heat up so i couldn’t have a hot shower. Sheets were cold and blankets not very thick. Reception had closed and i didn’t find it comfortable enough so i stayed somewhere else and unfortunately wasted my money
