Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Yvonne in reception was exceptional.

Towels weren’t replaced daily, however I’m sure we could have asked for clean towels without any problems.

Bed wasn’t comfy at all. Walls paper thin, got woken up by next room alarm going off in the morning and could hear their shower running

Location is very convenient for me

There was a fairly regular deep humming sound, like my room was on top of a large generator. It came and went a little bit, and I got somewhat used to it, but it was not pleasant. In my seven night stay I only asked the room to be serviced once - the towels were replaced at that time and the sheets pulled up but not changed - there was no more toilet paper provided, although I was down to under a quarter of the last roll, and the tea caddy was not topped up. The carpet was not particularly clean which was annoying as I start my day with yoga which requires me to lie on the floor. Although there is a kettle provided, there was no teaspoon or even a popsicle stick to stir my tea with.

This is my go-to place to stay in Napier when I am in the area for work. I also tend to end up in the same room, which is nice. Room and amenities were good. I was also lucky to always get a parking spot.
