San Firenze Suites & Spa

Very well positioned close to the places we wanted to be Safe and beautiful

Some of the SPA amenities were not working

Charming hotel in the city center! Our first night was great. We had a second reservation, but unfortunately, they wouldn’t accommodate us, so we found things to do during the gap. Breakfast was okay. AC worked great in this room

The steps in the loft room were quite steep.

Excellent location, staff were extremely nice, beautiful and spacious room and incredible breakfast.

Nothing!!

Location and the first room I booked was great!

Unfortunately, a few things. After extending stay, they only had one option “ discounted price “ I wish they would’ve mentioned it was in the center of the hotel next to the elevator where you could hear everything! Including my neighbors next-door. The walls were so thin I could hear them breathe! Housekeeping did not meet basic expectations. I cannot recall a single visit where supplies were refilled correctly—items like soap, lotion, hair caps, and trash removal were repeatedly overlooked. On one late night return to the room, I still had unresolved housekeeping concerns and had to contact the front desk to bring up some necessary items. Also, breakfast was redundant, especially if you have an extended stay here.
