central location right on the main piazza. the room was beautiful with high ceilings and a balcony over looking the square, great for people watching.

very odd arrival experience. it was completely by accident that we saw a member of staff. it wasn’t until the next day that I received the what’s app messages with entry code so we could have been completely stuck with the faceless check in.

The breakfast was delicious! The size of the room and the location were spectacular!

The wifi was spotty. Also our door lock appeared to be broken and we had to wait each time we left to make sure it would lock properly and tested it. Sometimes the door would pop open if we tested it too quickly.

The room, size and style fabulous. View from balcony, breathtaking, service wonderful! We are looking forward to our next visit SOON, highly recommend.

Finding the room key took time, there was no stuff to assist for the key of the room

Breakfast was beautiful but the 5 euros each wasn't anywhere near enough for wht we had. The room was situated in an amazing place overlooking a Roman amphitheatre.

The air conditioning needs updating the room was so hot even with both units on.

While staff were fine there was a lack of personal touch with everything being done remotely. Breakfast was a 5 Euro voucher which wouldn’t have covered the most basic breakfast.

Host was very nice and responsive. When our AC & WiFi didn't work on our first night, she let us switch rooms the next morning and did not charge us for that first night. The room we were moved to was very spacious and comfortable.

-The first/original room we had was extremely small and the AC and WiFi did not work -Housekeeping came into our room even though we had the do not disturb sign hanging on our door

The communication was very good! The room was spotless! Location… can’t be better!

Great location for seeing Lecce. The room had everything you’d need for a short break. Very stylish with a spectacular view of the amphitheatre.

Because there’s no lift it could be difficult for someone with mobility problems

These apartments overlook the historic square, and the little balcony allows you sit out and catch the sun, and people watch, the people in the square below while having a coffee or drink. Barbara the host was brilliant giving us tips, like where to park 7 mins walk away, which was meant to be €18 per day, but it was free for 3 days as it was only new!!! (parkjoo), The rooms were huge with really high ceilings, and the shower etc was just brilliant. I cannto recommend this highly enough.

Very little - as an Irishman I love my big breakfast, but the Italians only do coffee and croissants - so we switched and had big lunches like they do!

Beautiful apartment and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff were also excellent

In the add it said breakfast was included. Also in the bane suite and breakfast, but We when We arrived We were told breakfast was not included. Other than this little disapointment it was perfect!

no windows (only to the patio), breakfast in form of a coupon to a cafe downstairs. Cafe was very good, but 5 Euro coupon not enough, so it should be said breakfast is included.

A bit long waiting in caffe Albino for breakfast. They are highly demanded and popular for their tasty pastry.

Location is fine except to unload a car. We could not find the place and learned it was in a no car zone with no nearby parking

The room was too small for the bed(s), without modern air conditioning, had no view from the room's window, and was over the back entrance to a kitchen so very noisy, see photo. Also, the access to electrical outlets was minimal. Tried to plug into one by the bed and received a huge shock, see photo. Turns out there was no plate over the wires of the outlet. All wall switches were sticky due to decomposition of the plastic. Breakfast only available outdoors in a very crowded café.
