Staff was very nice, friendly and aimed to please. Liked to see upper management walk around, interact with their guests and thus keep a finger on the pulse. Location excellent, but wish they had a covered entrance to Asok BTR station. Breakfast was quite nice and of good quality. The 2 single beds were huge with a fabulously comfortable mattress and great sleep comfort.
The hotel was about fully booked and I disliked the room that was available to me, unfortunately no wiggle room for a change or upgrade.

Great central location. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Great rooftop pool.
Room looked a little tired and could do with some tlc especially in the bathroom.

The breakfast and sercvice were both excellent
The toilet in our bathroom was clogged, but it was fixed quickly. However, there was still an occasional foul odor coming from the pipes. I recommend bringing this up to management early in your stay if you come across this issue. We personally didn‘t as we were mostly outside and already mid-stay so moving rooms was a hassle and might‘ve encountered other issues since the building is quite old.
