Exellent location with easy access to Terminal 21 / BTS / underground, very helpful and friendly staff, great room (upgraded to a beautiful one-bedroom suite), tasty breakfast with many options and good room service food too. By far my favorite BKK hotel.

The property is convenient located very near to the BTS and also right at the terminal 21 mall.
The first room was given to us with damaged curtain, leaking water in the bathroom and loud air conditioning so they changed us to a different room still have water leaking in the bathroom, hot water doesn’t get too hot and I got sick after 1st night sleeping in the room could be from the ventilation issue. The breakfast food is terrible the dishes are cold with meat that is hard and it looks like it has been sitting out for a long time. Overall the staff are very helpful and friendly.
