Location. Rooms are comfortable albeit rather warm with no air con and a bit cluttered. However good value for money.

Just a very comfortable meal and overnight stay.Would definitely recommend/ stay there again if I was in the area.

The look of the old building was appealing , and the high street location was ideal. Staff friendly enough , with an average check in.

I was disappointed with my small dark single room, housed in the out buildings in the court yard.The room was in fairly good order, but a yellow tainted toilet seat should be replaced, as the bathroom is in fairly good condition apart from that.The bed was very lumpy. The walls are very thin and you could hear light switches and plugs being switched on in neighbouring rooms.There was a fairly frequent rumbling of the water system , and neighbouring bathroom fan extractors droning in the background. Sadly because of all these factors It was not a restful or relaxing stay. Check out was without a person involved a notice left on the wall stating leave your keys on the desk, so no chance to air feedback. I will not be returning.
