4e séjour. Impeccable. Literie, parking sécurisé, sdb bien équipée, prises USB, petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié, personnel sympa ....

Even though it was very late and I had a booking and that I had checked thin google earth that there was an accessible car park I was turned away as they were unable to organise access for my car and trailer into the car park. I offered to leave very early morning and park across the car park but they wouldn’t let me. I ended up having to sleep in my car in a service station. Very poor and unhelpful.

booking.com quoted the room as having a bath - it did not!
booking.com charged us 133 euros. the room was for sale on ibis website for 67 Euros!

It seems to be more Ibis Budget, it is small, but ok. In the morning they ask us to leave the room at check-out hour, because they had to clean it for the next travelers. The breakfast is ok, they had all you need to start the day with energy.
We stayed a little bit more to get our rooms, and one of them smells, and we had to go back to reception to get another room. Lucky us, they had another one.

Being remembered by some staff members. The addition of scrambled eggs and bacon on the breakfast buffet. A bigger car park.
The TV didn't seem to work in my room, but hey my visit wasn't to watch TV.

The toilet was not cleaned. They gave us another room, but it was not a twin one.

Last year we stayed at the airport Marriott. The ibis Styles shouldn't have even been in the same league but it was actually a looot better! Good value for money, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room, large parking with electric charging station. We especially loved the lady at reception.

More or less a used building with modern Art hanging on the facade and a few modern Art furniture and a Ibis Style is born

Great value hotel. Simple breakfast included in the room rate. Easy to find. Just outside the ring road to Toulouse. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly.

Staff great!! Location ...with what's going on, coved 19, makes it difficult taxis etc to go into the city...
So that was one minus.. But void keep etc..
Breakfast basic ...I know coved 19 is preventing expansion, but a cooked breakfast would have been great!
