My requests that the two rooms I'd booked were together and near an elevator and one available for early check in were all met. When we arrived and realised one of the rooms had a bath shower which my elderly father could not manage, the staff found us another room. They then provided a additional comfortable armchair for the room. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Excellent service. Thank you for helping make our stay so enjoyable.

The location in the heart of the historic district is great. Staff is friendly and exceptionally helpful. We were disappointed with the rooms which seemed outdated.
EXCEPT do not drive your own car there. Driving and finding parking is complicated. We thought the rooms were outdated and could use a refresh.

The design felt so luxurious. Staff members very helpful. Beautiful big lobby with lush design, rooms a great size with comfortable bed! Nice bathroom. Lovely little welcome biscuits on arrival.
The lift was very very slow and the stairs were so loud outside my bedroom door
