Lovely location, central and practical. Very clean and lovely staff.
The bathtub could have had a screen or a curtain to avoid spraying the whole bathroom.

It was fine- no complaints

Fantastic welcome and lovely room. Unfortunately there was a constant banging noise from the air conditioning through the night. The staff member did inform us that if the guests in the hotel turned the air conditioning very low it may cause noise so we kept ours to the minimum sugested. Unfortunately we were informed others decided to ignore the advice so the banging noise was constant. We would have booked for a return visit a week later after returning to toulouse from Italy after a weeks holiday, but unfortunately it was fully booked. I would definitely book again when staying in Toulouse.
The banging noise, due to air conditioning problems. Wife would have preferred a separate room for breakfast rather than in the bedroom.

It was very difficult to find by car but the staff were exceptional with their help.
The hotel is tired and in need of investment.

"Ci siamo fermati una notte sola ma è bastato per decidere di ritornaci al più presto. La struttura è molto accogliente, con la posizione perfetta per poter visitare la città a piedi.
