Thanks to Judy for taking care of us during her stay. The service of all departments of the hotel is excellent. The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. The subway is right next to it. The waiter is very enthusiastic about introducing the surrounding attractions. I am very satisfied with the accommodation.

We have stayed at this hotel twice already. It’s our favourite hotel in Shanghai. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious, with many different dishes to choose from. The staff were very helpful! I especially want to thank Lucas for helping with our bags! He was a great help!

Practically one of the best locations in Shanghai for a tourist. Everything 6 of the 10 best are walking distance. Comfortable bed, very tasty breakfast with great assortment. Large rooms and beautiful view of the city lights show.

Central location, mall entrance right from lobby. The metro, bus and taxi service right on the doorstep. Spacious room with "study" area. Great breakfast.
The worse WiFi ever. It was unusable, ever after complaining at reception. I will not use this hotel again, because of wifi problem. They should strip out the routers and put in new wifi.
