Great location, good size room, good service, well equipped.
The duvet cover and valance had stains on them. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been and needs a freshen up. Could have used another towel rail. The place looks a bit tired.

The manager was really friendly upon arrival and gave us some dinner options for town. The location is great
The rooms are quite run down, cold and need some TLC. We had some ants visit us in the morning and after returning from breakfast to our room being left unlocked after 'being serviced' and the ants were multiplying we knew that this wasn't the place for our young family. We appreciate that the last few years have been tough on everyone but it just wasn't for us for more than 1 night. We paid the $260NZD and moved on

The location was excellent so easy to walk into town.
We were in a 5 ppl room so a few towels would have been appreciated.

Not cleaned properly, the room was very dated. Don't mind the accommodation if the price reflected the facilities, but it is overpriced when compared to other motels.

great location and friendly nice manager. we were in the cheapest room for only one night.
the bed was hard, bathroom tiny and very old. our room was on the ground floor but there were stairs right outside our room which were noisy when used. the fridge had a horrible smell in it and was noisy. the rate was $187 for one night - not good value.

Incredibly close to town, swimming pool for kids is great and the amount of beds within the space was amazing for families.
there was nothing specifically not to like. I would say it would be nice if the back of the carparking area could have been gated and locked at night. From a general cleanliness perspective it was good. I noticed what looked like blood on the shadow curtain and on one of the bedspreads.

room was extreamly tiny, overcrowed, barely any room to move. was so saffocating. Was very cold as well. bathroom had no exhaust fan and was mouldy

Very close to town with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. No noise from traffic.
A bath in the bedroom was weird. The only shower was over the bath - right beside the bed. It was a very high step to get into the shower - not good for elderly people. There was the noise similar to air conditioning going outside all night. The outside seating was in a thoroughfare so not inviting.
