Noise from front apartments til early hours of the morning Cleaner -very rude Charges for strand of hair falling out Cleaner lied about stains on sheets and bed linen no evidence or photos to prove as it never happened! Charged $145.52 for something that never happened, because I ask for sheet change and said I will be charged . Then was asked if I vape or burn incense ? As there was a smell coming from room .. no I don’t And I wear a musk Oil .. it’s not worth it will never stay here again !

Good location.

Shabby. Bed was not up to standard and pillows huge. Overpowering smell of air freshener.

Colse to the beach

The mattress so hard and pillows are high and hard. The window is not a double glazed. Too much noise from the road. All night we couldn't sleep and heard cars and people kids are outside on the street. Also the kitchen items are too oily special the oven and the sofa is disgusting. For 2 nights we paid over 1000 is no worth it. Stay away from the motel.

Proximity to the lake, bed was great, tv good, clean unit.

Cupboard doors in kitchen and bathroom were swollen, I fastened one handle. Table in the unit very wobbly. Balcony advertised is shared so chairs not always available. Not what I expected when booking a room with balcony. I prefer a normal check in next time

Location is excellent to lake and town. Very clean and spacious. The cleaner was lovely to talk to, and obviously efficient, arriving just before 10 am. Nicely decorated room.

The plug didn’t fit the spa bath.

Die Lage war super. Personal haben wir nicht gesehen. Es gab eine Schlüssellbox. Der Code wurde uns schriftlich mitgeteilt. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Das Bad war nicht sauber. Die Badmöbel waren kaputt, und man hatte Angst den Wasserhahn zu betätigen. Die Küchenutensilien waren sehr sparsam. In der Hotelbeschreibung stand, daß das Zimmer täglich gereinigt würde... Fehlanzeige. Die Rezeption war ebenfalls zu keiner Zeit besetzt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht!
