Staff were so pleasant to deal with. The room was tidy and was daily serviced to high expectations. Location is great, straight across from the lake and so close the to city centre. Plus there’s a really good coffee cart across the road.
The shower as the head was a bit broken (where the water sprays out) so was the side slider. The heat pump was hard to use as the roofs were high and only had an on and off setting. Both bearable though

The location is great right across from the water view. Very clean.
Sleeping on the sleepout bed in the living room find it very uncomfortable.

it was clean, tidy and home baked shortbread. The hosts were so friendly and lovely.
The couch needs replacing, as it was uncomfortable to sit on

lovely clean rooms friendly staff well equipped nice home made style biscuits excellent clean modern bathroom really good shower wifi one of the best we’ve had out here !

Lovely motel in a great location. comfortable, clean rooms with a hot tub. Friendly hosts who go out of their way to help.

The staff were really lovely. The views and proximity to the lake are most fabulous.
If you pay extra for the spa room, check the temperature of the water as the first time we stayed it was way too hot. When we came back a few weeks later however they were more than happy to adjust it to suit us.
