Really lovely rooms, clean and had everything we needed. Great value for money, lovely spot and staff super friendly.
We were on the bottom floor and could hear people upstairs, BUT they were quiet after 8 pm and didn't wake us in the morning so no problem. The shower is older style but clean and really hot so no complaints.

Great location right on the waterfront, although our room didn’t have a lake view as it was facing the wrong way.
There was quite a strong damp smell when we first entered, and the carpets were very stained and dated.
The spa was great though and exactly what we needed. The heated bedding was also a nice touch. Overall, the place has potential, but it could really do with a serious refresh and redecoration. Because of that I wouldn't say the price matched the room
