The lady at the front desk was amazing (she was reliving from Whitianga)
king bed in main room was so comfortable.
Plunger coffee was delish
Shower good pressure
Free laundry which is amazing for a longer stay
Fold out couch for children/ extras to sleep on was awfully uncomfortable, springs stick through as matress so thin.

The bed and pillows
The carpet was bagging in places, most of the facilities were tired and the paintwork in the bathroom was bubbling. The basin was partially blocked.
