Breakfast was exceptional. It was wonderful to wake up to fresh bread, yogurt, produce, deli meats and cheeses (to name a few) before starting a long day. Great coffee machine for espresso in the morning. The bathrooms/shower area were kept immaculately clean. Very impressive. The hospitality and cleaning staff were top notch. The front desk staff were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Location is prime! You’re right across the street from the Aare river, a little park, and restaurant. Or just minutes from the famous, Gelateria di Berna and Freibad Marzili.

I visited during mid-August (no air conditioning), so it was very hot at night in the rooms. However, the staff graciously provided a fan for our room (fans are first come, first served).

Staff was very helpful, location was excellent.
