Was only there for one night but it’s a nice clean spot. The bus station is very close to get to Old Town and other spots.

Los Lorentes is a great place to stay in Bern! It was amazing to have a kitchenette and an ALDI next door. Also the bus stop is very close so even though its not in the centre of town, its very easy to get there by a regular bus. The facilities were all great and staff nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The underground parking was very ckean and spacious. The area around the hotel lacked any appeal at all. Our roo. overloooked a graffiti laden skate park and a highway.

Managed efficiently by a very lean team with self check-in kiosk, despite that staffs were available when needed. It is more of serviced apartment than hotel, love the mattress, large bathroom and complete kitchenette for light cooking. The only downside is its location being 10 mins bus ride from city center + 5 mins walk from bus stop with lots of luggages, nothing else.

Extremely clean! Liked the kitchen and it has everything you need! Location is far from attractions, but free public transportation makes that less of an issue.

This property was a very pleasant surprise as we had to book last minute. It was very modern with a nice cooking area. I would say the only thing that would have been helpful was to have directions for some of the things that were in the unit. Overall though, very nice and we would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

This is an amazing apartment hotel and Bern is a wonderful city to visit with picturesque views. The apartments are clean and modern and have easy to use washing machines on the lower level. The apartments are located a two minute walk from a bus stop that gets you into the centre of Bern in ten minutes. Due to the Bern ticket, which is activated by the apartment as soon as you arrive, all of your travel - bus and tram - is free for the duration of your visit. One of the best cities I have ever visited and I am planning to go back as soon as I can.

Clean, beds comfortable, shower nice. The skateboard park is literally outside the window and a highway ramp next to it. Not loud per se, just covered in graffiti and unattractive particularly to Americans. Very odd check in on touch screen. It worked, overall satisfied.

It's a good hotel for the price. It's about 15 minutes away from the train station by bus and the stop is just across the street. The only thing I wish is that the place haas AC (or at least a room fan.for hotter

Although not in the center of town, it was very convenient to have the bus stop in front 9d the property. The bus takes you to the train/bus station and center.

5 bus stops away from Bern train station we took 101 bus from outside welle building, there was aldi suisse supermarket near the residence. The kitchen amenities were well equipped and room was big but the balcony was not able to open and go out.

A very nice place to stay at! Clean comfortable rooms. A kitchen with all necesary equipment to make a simple meal. Nice bathroom and shower.
Aldi supermaket just outside. Free parking close by if you dont want to pay 200 per night in the garage.
Rooms are completely sound proof.

Best place to stay in Bern. Its a dog friendly place. Everything is new, modern and clean. Very friendly staff.

It was so nice staying in this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpfull, the room was pretty clean. I like it here because the rooms have kitchen which is really cool. I would love to stay here again if i come to Switzerland.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they charge me for the breakfast and supposedly it was included . It was clarified when we checked out but anyway they charged it.
