The garden was beautiful.
The inside flower decoration was not good. I hated the fury rabbits and the greeting ladies gold coin dresses. Very ugly. Also, hot pink and oranges look awful for flower arrangement. The buffet was pretty good but way too overpriced.

Breafast was fine. Room was Ok but linen was not changed for the rest of my stay.Location is very good
Need to employ people who can easily communicate with customers. Change linen at lease twice if a person if staying for a week

Only the bus to the fair was not enough to take us so we had to take a taxi .

as always the garden hotel is wonderful as the stay there , but actually there iw some road work that do a lot of noise but the staying at the hotel still WONDERFULL

A bit inefficient checking in. Rooms are fancy. Very friendly though.

The garden with Koi
You have to queue for breakfast which is a bit annoying, smoke smell in the room, probably comes from toilet.

Staffs are very cooperative. I love to mention one name particularly who was really best of the best and his name is Charles. I want his success for his outstanding service. Liza was also very cooperative too.

Breakfast was excellent. The restaurants at the hotel were also good although a bit pricey
There is no privacy for the bathroom facilities. There is only 1 door shared between the shower and the WC. Non family members will feel embarrassed when using the facilities.
Had to sleep with the lights on as there is no separate switch for the bathroom when you switch off the main lights.
