We never had the breakfast, the location is OK but quite noisy...
Hence the earplugs left in the bedside drawer... 🤣
The landing pub is right next door and has lovely meals...
It's an easy 10-minute walk to the train, which makes getting into the city super easy. Goto Newmarket first then catch the Red Line to the city...
The room is always noisy, but there are highways all around it, so that's just part of being in Auckland. With all the windows closed, it's fine...
A bigger TV would be nice, but we didn't spend a lot of time watching it... 🤣

The good sized studio unit was very well maintained, fresh professional paint job, good carpets etc. with a first floor only view towards One Tree Hill and the Harbour. Nice and sunny in the afternoon. Good lighting and plenty of power switches in the unit. Great shower. Kitchen, had a cooktop and a microwave with a sink fridge etc. Staff were great as well. The outside has also been maintained to a high standard. Slept well both nights. No Traffic noise issues. The Hotel nearby was handy as well.

Good size room, clean and easy to find stuff.
Very noisey and the light shines through the windows that have no curtains.
