I should say, this is one of finest Hotel in Náchod, located in city centre. Just 700 metres from Bust station. In future travel for visiting my client I will prefer to stay again if room is available at reasonable price
Check out time is too early by 10:00 hrs which is not very common in the bigger cities and Hotels. Considering the locality not comparable with Hotels located in bigger cities.

Oldie but goldie - great accommodation in city center with outside parking close to the hotel. Hotel is far away from modern accommodation style but I like that, it was nice and clean place to stay. Breakfast was very tasty and coffee was great.

Breakfast was as expected which was very varied and ample and hot food was hot and good selection and was fresh thank you
The service of some staff not all were rude to people with no time for them please remember they are the front of your business that went for all meals sadly again not all staff were rude the rest tried to help as much as possible
Staff at the reception were great really tried to help and support where possible they spoke better English than I spoke your language organised taxis for my sister who finds it difficult to walk far so 10/10 for them thank you
