Milý a ochotný personál. Útulné a prakticky zařízené pokoje. Krásné prostory restaurace. Vynikající gastronomie. Rádi návštěvu zopakujeme.
Není co vytknout.

Size of the room is good and located in city centre of Náchod, cleanliness is well maintained. Overall stay was good and may chose to stay again in future widely visiting my client at Náchod
There is no elevator available in the hotel, which can be quite inconvenient for international travellers staying for several days and carrying multiple pieces of luggage. Carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was particularly uncomfortable after a long journey.
The choice of hotels in this township is also quite limited, probably due to its relatively small population. Therefore, despite some of these limitations, there are not many alternative hotel options in the area.

Nagy és kényelmes szobák, segítőkész személyzet.
