Apollonia Hotel Apartments

Good size, clean rooms, AC worked well, pool is a great temperature, self-service shop by the pool was well stocked, lots of friendly cats around the area. Overall a lovely, family run small business.

The rooms decorations are a little dated, however my wife felt this added to the charm. It's not a problem if you expect it!

almost everything

presense of small fies around the pool

The pool area is lovely and secluded surround by greenery, sun-loungers were available at all times of the day (a rarity) so no sunbed wars and ample free tea, coffee and other speciality hot drinks. The two bedroom apartment we had was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need, on arrival the apartment had tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, friut juices, water, biscuits, crisp, slices of watermelon and some whole pieces of fruit; as well as soap, body wash, shampoo, cotton buds, washing up liquid, mosquito tablet repellents. There is also a free safe in the bedroom and plenty of clothes hanger. The free wi-fi was pretty good and the honesty bar was well stocked and reasonably priced, just keep a note of what you have taken and pay at reception, if needed pool towels are available for 2 euro each, there is also an electric pump available for any inflatable items. The location of the apartments is great for bars, restaurants, kings avenue mall is around 20 minute walk and worth a visit. The large on site secure car park is a great addition if you're driving. We also had the pleasure of a later check out (4pm) due to a night flight, the management are so accommodating and acted swiftly to numerous requests we had during our stay. Apollonia apartments is very chilled, relaxed and unassuming from the outsid, it was a great find.

Flys can be annoying around the pool area at times but unavoidable I suppose. The door on the wardrobe that houses the safe and small drawers doesn't fullly open due to the bedside cabinets and was annoying every time we required access.

Really nice apartment, clean & tidy . Pool area was very tranquil, owners very friendly & let us have another room on our last day as we had a late flight

Cats , cats & more cats , personally I really don't like cats & the pool area was full of them , at least 8 to 10 of them laying on the sunbeds & on the stairwells going up to apartments . I would give the place a 9 out of 10 if it wasn't for the cats , it's a 5 maybe a 6 out of 10 for me
