The food was amazing! Clean and nice pools

The bathroom floor was every time wet because the design of the shower

Great hotel! Lovely beach!

The room was slightly outdated and the tv didn’t work!

Waiting for food, waiting for drinks, waiting to check in and out, no room service and no fridge in the room

I just liked the location, it’s very convenient since it’s located in the Hotel area in Cancun and in general the food was ok.

The property is old, you can noticed when you look to the rooms. No small fridge in the room (something normal in resorts), frequently they couldn’t handle the amount of people and you’ll need to do a line for breakfast, dinner, etc and in general the personnel is not that friendly, most of the time I have to make a self service for beverages because nobody will take care of my table. Also, the washrooms didn’t look neat… there’s a lot of negative things I could related but I just mentioned the main ones.
