everything was perfect, thank you all!

maybe a software update for the elevators can be an issue. even if you press the up button, the elevator can go down. it wasn't a big deal for us but there were many guests with wheelchairs and they needed to wait for a long tim for the elevator to reach them empty.

Everything! The resort, the room, the staff, the food, the restaurants, the bars, the pools, the spa, the photographers, everything was of the highest quality. We had such a wonderful stay and are already planning on coming back. The food was exceptional, both for the buffets and the a la carte restaurants. There was just so much choice and didn't feel repetitive at all. The staff throughout the resort were so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean too. It really did feel as if you had been transported to a Greek village. So beautifully designed. The adults only area has been recently refurbished and it was wonderful. I cannot fault the resort and would recommend it to everyone.

As a tier 3 genius traveler and an owner of a property myself. I have to say they excelled their mastery. Everything was near perfect. Of course there are always small things to fix but only minor neglectables things. 99% of the experience was perfect and thats already very high. The place was very clean, the food was clean and the verity was wide. Many pools . Many activisitis. The beach was near , the serrounding , the quite. Room was great . Large spaces. Large hallways. Water park although not huge have plenty of options for all ages. And the great thing it didnt feel packed . One thing you notice is that the owners loves their bussines, and many decisions are taken , disregarding the money aspect. Big thumbs up! Crazy thing to notice is that in the hotel area i didnt get bitten by musquitos. As soon as we left the hotel i got bitten.. for me this was meaningful. Some nights We slept with the room windows wide open. The weather was great end of august and we needed no a/c and didnt feel any mosquitoes. For me it was a big thing. But thats me.. over all everything was fantastic

Minor minor thing: id add simple margarita pizza for breakfast and dinner. The kids loves it.

The location and the view were very nice. The kids Club was also nice. Kids friendly. The food was overall good but just in the the main buffet and the a la carte restaurants. The service of the team in the restaurant is very good.

​This hotel does not meet 5-star standards and is certainly not worth the premium price we paid. ​Facilities & Rooms: The resort feels outdated and lacks proper maintenance in several areas. We were assigned an old room in the Tera building and encountered various functional issues throughout our stay. ​Pool Noise: Uncomfortably loud music played by the pool for most of the day, making it nearly impossible to rest or take a nap in our room—even with all windows tightly shut. It only quieted down toward the very end of our trip (likely due to multiple guest complaints). ​A la Carte Dining Restrictions: The reservation system is unnecessarily restrictive. You are only allowed to book a table for the following evening, availability runs out almost instantly, and you are forbidden from booking the same restaurant twice within the same week. ​Buffet Quality Misinformation: Hotel staff assured us that the buffet in the Tera building was identical to the main building's buffet. This was completely misleading—the main dining hall offered significantly better quality and variety, though it was much louder and more crowded. ​Towel Policy: Losing a beach towel turned into a major hassle. The staff at the towel station (near the gym) made it difficult to obtain a replacement, which is completely unacceptable service for a luxury hotel. ​Cold Pools: Despite advertising heated pools, every single swimming pool was freezing cold and not heated at all.
