Deos Luxury Suites - Adults Only

A wonderful stay with a few areas for improvement We had a fantastic five-night stay at Deos. The suites are beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the sunny Cretan weather. Ours had an incredibly spacious terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, comfortable armchairs, and a dining area. It was such a lovely space to relax that we barely wanted to leave! The location is another big plus. Set on a hillside, Deos offers stunning views of the sea, which make the whole experience even more special. It’s also close to Koutouloufari, a charming village with a more refined, authentic atmosphere than the busy tourist areas nearby. It’s a great base for exploring this part of Crete. On a very positive note, we really appreciated the housekeeping schedule. Our suite was cleaned while we were having breakfast, meaning we could enjoy complete privacy for the rest of the day without interruptions. Overall, Deos is a beautiful place to stay, particularly if you enjoy spending time in your suite and making the most of your private outdoor space. With a little more variety at breakfast, the experience would be even better.

One area that could definitely be improved is breakfast. Although served à la carte, the menu is quite limited, especially for longer stays. I ended up ordering the same dish four times because there weren’t many appealing alternatives. The restaurant’s regular menu includes lovely options, such as avocado toast and salmon sandwiches, which would make great additions to the breakfast selection.

We had such a wonderful time in Deos! Super friendly staff, beautiful hotel and a great view. Our room was splendid, clean and the jacuzzi was brilliant.
