So much better than a hotel, the comfort you get from being in a home from home, you can really relax. And it was £100 cheaper than a nearby hotel.

The entrance is a little tucked away and late at night a number of youths were hanging around the entrance. This is a little unnerving being in your own in what is quite a dark area.

- In the introduction email, possibly state the staff member and phone number that will contact you on your day of arrival. On my arrival date, I didn’t receive an introductory SMS, so had to use the chat function on their website to figure out where I was to go and who I needed to meet to get the keys for the apartment - It was mentioned in the listing and reflected in the discounted rate, but the building works outside were quite loud. I had NC headphones, so no biggy, but I can imagine it would be a bit annoying for families etc. - On that note, due to the works going on outside, opening the balcony windows is impractical, so the apartment was quite hot during my stay. A fan was offered, but this is loud- I could get by, but just to flag it

Great location, apartment equipped with everything you would need and clean

No hot water, needed to report which was attended to straight away and we had hot water that evening but back to no hot water the next day. It was so warm, no air flow even with the 2 fans provided
