Hotel is is a quiet street only a few minutes walk from the nearest Plaza and from there everything is within easy reach.
Hotel was very quiet and peaceful.
Room was superb.
The staff were very friendly and always helpful.
The history of the building is built in to the fabric and there are QR codes everywhere to get more information about what you see.
Bar closes at 8pm. Given its a 5 star hotel it feels as though it should be open whenever guests would like a drink (subject to regulations of course).
Staff kept the bar open later one night (thunderstorms and wanted to offer guests an option) - saw and heard a manager / owner giving one of the staff a dressing down for not closing at 8. Not fair on the member of staff. Very poor show from the manager / owner.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia.
Staff were well knowledgeable on all of Valencia and made us feel totally comfortable and at home!
