The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The location was also very convenient and well served by public transport, making it easy to reach any part of the island quickly.

Unfortunately, our experience was not entirely positive. Everything went well on arrival: as advertised, the owner picked us up from the airport and drove us to the accommodation. The main problem occurred on the day of our departure. We had arranged an airport transfer with the owner for 4:00 a.m., but he never showed up. My wife and I, together with two other guests, waited in the lobby for him, repeatedly trying to call and send messages, but we received no reply. Only thanks to Uber were we able to quickly find an alternative and reach the airport just in time, only a few minutes before boarding began. It was a very stressful and unpleasant situation, especially considering the early hour and the real risk of missing our flight. I understand that there was unusually heavy rain that night, especially as it had not rained in Malta for quite some time. However, a simple message informing us that the transfer could not be provided would have been enough and would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements in advance. As for the accommodation itself, the bed in our room was rather uncomfortable, and the bathroom sink was so small that even brushing our teeth was difficult. We also found the breakfast quite basic, with very limited choice. It is a shame because our initial welcome and the airport pick-up had given us a good impression. Unfortunately, the failure to provide the agreed return transfer, without any warning or response to our calls and messages, had a very negative impact on our overall experience.

Navetta gratuita per aeroporto, personale disponibile e gentile, ottima posizione per cibo ed escursioni in barca. Luogo tranquillo, mare bello.

Reception, in alcuni casi, contattabile solo telefonicamente, ma comunque personale disponibile..

Della struttura la cosa che abbiamo più apprezzato è la posizione, vicinissima la fermata del bus e il porto. Il proprietario è stato super gentile e disponibile, un plauso particolare ad un cameriere gentile e disponibile

Alcuni membri del personale e una pulizia non eccellente. Nella stanza era presente della muffa oltre a macchie di umidità

Good generous breakfast, room size good, always clean towels daily, location excellent for bus stops and sea front restaurants .

Shower doors didn't run smoothly, rails the shower door should run on were very dirty, 2 rusty screws projecting from shower rails, washbasin didn't drain correctly, toilet seat was loose, no "soft bumpers" on lid, and seat rather high. Very suprised there was neither pillow protector covers nor a matress protector cover. No contact number in case of emergency, no staff present except at breakfast time
