Had an issue with my bed and it was promptly resolved. Nice room and nice patio to sit outside
A bit far away from city center and most things

The bed was comfortable.
The parking was not close to the room. The room was upstairs and when I requested a room on the ground floor, I was asked to pay more for an upgrade.
The outside lighting was poor. Difficult walking from car park, along the front, side, eventually back of building and up stairs (with luggage) in the dark.
The room was all exposed brick with an interconnecting door. The noise from two rooms on either side, travelled through to my room.
