The room was just what I needed, the bed was big and so comfy for my daughter and I to share, for the one night stay
I was disappointed that the restaurant and room service was not available on the Sunday. After a long drive, it would have been nice to have these options available without having to worry about where to go out and eat with a toddler.

It was a great location.
Staff were not very helpful or competent. There was no lift to get luggage to the top floor, so travelling with elderly or small children is difficult. The breakfast was pretty average for the cost. They didn't put out half of the things they advertised. Pool isn't heated. Bed wasn't comfortable.
