A convenient location, close to cafes and restaurants. More than adequate for our one night stay.

The motel is convenient for our purpose. Usually a one night stay, prior to joining a cruise ship. Handy to cafes and restaurants. Staff friendly.

The motel is showing its age, and could do with a bit of a spruce up. The door to the room (in an adjoining building) was very 'sticky' to open and close.

I didn’t like anything

There was no lights in the corridor to find room 70 in the dark. The curtain don’t block out the street lights outside It’s very noisy, and not worth the money. Staff still haven’t replied to the complaints raised.

My second stay and so convenient to the airport. Close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Good location near the airport, comfy bed and spacious room.

Location was what we needed and it was a nice clean spacious room. Comfy bed, parking right at the front door of our room.

Road noise was still there - although they have double glazed all windows etc. to help combat this. It's the nature of the location.

Close to the Airport and a good price. Good for an overnight stopover.

Room was very tidy and bed was comforted. good location for our needs

the safe to get our key was very hard to open needs looking at. Was told reception opened until 5pm but closed at 4pm

Emily on the reception desk was outstanding she went above and beyond with any request we had and she made our trip wonderful

Value for money and location!

Just the key opening the lobby door is complicated when your travelling with more than 2 cargo it keeps closing then you had to repeat putting the key instead of the swiping to enter or exit.

It did the job

Nice and spacious and in a good location

Very very tiered! Fridge didn’t work, air cons not maintained and balcony filthy. Nice pool but not maintained around it. One of the worst fold out beds ever. A bit of love and the place would be great.

clean and comfortable, but not luxurious. close to airport and cafes, and good value for money. I would recommend to anyone wanting a well priced stay close to the airport.

Comfy room close to international cruise terminal

Comfy room, good location to stay if you have a cruise the next day. Grab a go card from 7/11 jump on ferry at Brett’s Wharf and it’s 45 min into Southbank. Woolies, restaurants over the road also Ampol servo with Foodary.

Great location. Central to eateries and the airport.

Towels were stained, clean but stained.

Great location - walking distance to nice restaurants, close to airport and cruise terminal. Big room with table and microwave if you wanted to eat in, free laundry available.

No complaints.
