The room was really good size including the bathroom. A/C worked very well, wifi is really good. The airport shuttle is great. You're looking at around $40-50 in a taxi or $15 for the shuttle. Overall a good experience
It's a bit dated and the linen wasn't great but it's good for a one night stop in Brisbane.

Quite far from the airport and the shuttle was not running. Bed was not that comfortable.

It’s a basic motel close to the cruise ship terminal and the airport. Clean, cheery and perfect for short stays in transit.

The premises are a little dated bt this has no impact on providing us with a place to rest before we travelled overseas. Very handy t o Uncle Dans and a great Restaurant "Ginos". Staff were very friendly. Thank You
Like I said it is a little dated but that was not really a bad thing. Pool is smaller then expected but it was still wet and enough room for the kids to play and parenst to sit back and watch with a drink.

They need lifts for all rooms, if not, offer help for luggage.
The cups in the rooms are very small, larger would be better.
Microwaves in the rooms should be a must if they do not offer any sort of meals.

Advertised airport shuttle only ran at 5.45am and 6.45am.
No pick-ups from the airport.
No breakfast facilities or restaurant.

The staff were very helpful and let us store our music gear in the conference room while we went out to eat before heading to the airport. The room was very nice and clean, and we appreciated the air conditioning.
It was a bit much carrying all our music equipment up three flights of stairs, but we understand there wasn't much that could be done about that. Perhaps make it clearer on your booking sites which rooms are only accessible by stairs? Other than that, the only other issue was the bathroom tap didn't work the best.

Close to the airport, owner allowed us a very late checkin as our flight landed very late, good place if you just need to crash for the night, provides a shuttle to the airport which is very handy
very basic facility considering the price, latest shuttle was 6:45am which was very early

Good it has 2 separate rooms, both with AC and TVs. Everything clean and tidy. Was good to get shuttle to airport.
Rooms were little, especially for our luggage but we managed fine for our stop over. .
