Cleanliness of room, staff were friendly and courteous. Ideal for us who went to the Brisbane entertainment centre and was close by.

The electric jug was not able to fit under the basin tap, to fill it up, but that was all, everything else was fine

Dirty, smelly old , cannot believe Ibis

Inexpensive basic hotel with everything you'd expect from an Ibis Budget. Nearby buses to shops and the rest of the Brisbane public transport system.

Pillows- flat, no point putting them on the bed. Shower- water everywhere on floor and head was blocked

Basic and clean, all you need in a place to sleep before or after a long flight.

No lift - challenging considering that most of the guests are airport clients and have heavy luggage. No reception late in the evening - we had received a code by email but the guests arriving in the next taxi hadn‘t, and asked us to let them in the front door, which was a bit uncomfortable. The after hours checkin machine was out of order! That kind of thing should be dealt with immediately. Breakfast very basic, and the few things there were kept running out. Guests were having to go across to reception and hope to get some attention from the staff to replenish the supplies. The young guy on duty seemed very disinterested, both in the guests and in the tasks at hand. A little bit more effort there would not cost anything and would make a big difference! Felt like a super-budget experience but not at a particularly cheap rate. No shuttle - there are taxis of course, but the taxi driver hated us because he‘d been waiting ages for a fare and then it ended up being such a short trip.

No servicing of the room over the 4 days we were there. One day we asked to have towels replenished and we left the dirty ones on floor as instructed. The staff provided fresh towels (left them on the unmade bed) and coffee, but didn't remove the used towels or make the bed. The only drinking vessels in the room were 2 coffee mugs, no plates, cutlery or glasses. Selection of tea in the room was unacceptable, asked staff about it and got told that what they had is in the room.

Das Zimmer ist klein aber alles ist da und funktioniert. Das Bett war super bequem.Wir sind spät abends angereist und die Rezeption war bereits geschlossen, mir wurde auf Nachfrage aber mitgeteilt wie wir ins Zimmer kommen und das hat reibungslos geklappt. Der Boden war etwas staubig aber ansonsten war alles sauber und frisch.

Die Lage ist leider nicht so gut und der Name "Airport" irreführend. Das Taxi vom Flughafen hat nachts $35 gekostet. Die nächste Bahn ist 30 Min zu Fuß weg und fährt nur bis 19.30h. Kein Fahrstuhl (trotz Zimmer im 2. Stock).

The place is comfortable but they need to update the TV's desperately so NETFLIX & other streaming services can be watched I woul stay there alot more if they upgraded the TV's.
