The rooms were what can be expected for that price. Regular clean rooms.

Overpriced for what it is and the location it pretends to be. Too hard to reach from the airport . Socalled quick checkout did not work no communication between staff checking in and staff checking out and the emails received about fast checkout. Or booking if the carpark. I will not book myself here again.

Appreciated the size of the room..lovely and sunny... Had a light meal, very nice and service was good...Ordered taxi in the morning to go to the airport , pronto, no waiting..

It didn’t have the added amenities in the room, I used to stay at hotel alot prior to Covid. It’s not as comfortable.small things like phone and computer charging facilities. Snacks

Convenient location, staff and restaurant were great.

Pillows were rubbish, I barely slept; shower head dribbled rather than sprayed water.

We loved everything about our visit.

Good location and connection to the airport, shopping mall next to it. Breakfast box for very early birds.

Not very flexible with early check-in after a morning flight, but they took the suitcases for safe keeping.

Booked because of pool as we had grandson with us but got told after booking by email few weeks later no pool in service and they don’t know when it be fixed. I enquired as only used this hotel for the pool fit our grandson but was just told they have no idea when it be fixed . Maybe that should have been on the website so people can see before booking.

The Standard of bedding for a Novatel was disappointing!! - quite uncomfortable!!

Great choice for early morning flights as there is a shuttle service direct to both airport terminals (and cruise ship). Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, and DFO shopping/food is a 4min walk.
