Every detail perfect from the room to food. Staff excellent.
The mark of a really good establishment is to be able to perfectly poach an egg at breakfast. Mine was absolutely perfect. I ate there in the evening: lovely roast.

The staff did an amazing job accommodating our bike rental and the location is great for gravel biking. The breakfast was great and the accomodations were comfortable. The property is beautiful throughout including the dining room and the bedrooms. This would be perfect for a weekend getaway and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Good location
We were disturbed by a lot of noise late into the night from other guests using the outdoor seating area.
The blinds didn't fully cover the windows, so there was still a lot of light coming in - the room never felt dark enough to let us get to sleep properly.
Very restricted choice for lactose-intolerant, we needed to provide our own non-dairy margarine because they didn't have any, even though we had noted dietary needs at time of booking.
