Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast in the morning gave a variety of options not to mention cappuccinos and lattes were made specifically for you
Unfortunately, the stairs. Which was mentioned by being on the third floor. It was a bit much for two women in their 60s. The biggest disappointment was the noise in the evening from a nearby bar that kept you up till 3 AM. The staff is aware of it in apparently they have no control.

Staff is wonderful! Our room had a fantastic view of the rooftops. Beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. Location is great, and the atmosphere is always fun.
The coffee in the thermos at the breakfast buffet! We need our black coffee in the morning and this wasn't it.

It was located next to a water taxi stop so not much walking.

The location
The rat that met me in the alley also I didn’t care for the floor. I didn’t care for the way. The door is where you can’t have a double lock. I didn’t like that. There was no television in there. It was a Dungee looking room.
