The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was clean.

The room was very small and dingy and smelt of stale cigarettes. The headboard was really dirty and very dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The furniture was very shabby. Certainly not good value for money and very disappointing. I wouldn't use this hotel again.

Four times a night listening of fornication was too much.

We were expecting less than ist was. It was all clean and there was no sign of bugs. We stayed in the top floor with shared bathroom.

We could not symbolize that we do not want the cleaner to enter the room. The doors were old and there was no locker /Safe. There was no place to hang the towels. There was no soap provided. Stairs were hard to climb all the way up. Only Ventilator in the room. The windows could not be closed well.

Excellent location, 24h reception, small room yet comfortable for a short stay. Shared bathroom as mentioned in booking. All clean. Very nice bar down on a street open till late.

Bar on a street is very popular. Not a quiet place to stay.

No lift ( we were aware of it it's only at first floor but to be taken into account in case of mobility problem) Old fashion to be renovated and cleanedup

Perfect location & the man working there was really lovely and welcoming. We were even offered a free upgrade. The interior of the building is really nice and facilities were clean.

Room next to a common bathroom, very difficult if you intend to sleep. Nobody at reception at 9am when we needed to check out. Very, very basic comfort, cold in winter (no heater in the room), no WiFi in the room.

The bathroom didn’t provide any soap, they had shower gel in your room, which we used as soap, but hand soap in the bathroom would have been little trouble and more convenient.

Right in the heart of Cadiz. Atmospheric old town house. Paco was very helpful, clean towels were provided regularly, beds made.

Only one hanger in the large wardrobe. Everything else was great.

Nice hotel in the city center. Small but cozy room and very clean. Easy reachable, no way to get directly to the entrance with the car, but very easy walk (200 m) from the central parking garage at the harbor. We had everything that we needed and would choose this place again if we came back to Cádiz. Breakfast places nearby and plenty of restaurants also in the area.

No door to close the shower, so the bathroom got a bit “showered” in the morning.

With a shared bathroom in covid times, there should be much better supplies to take care of hygiene and health. Only a tiny block of soap per person and no hand sanitizer or soap available in the shared toilet?! People in the hallway couching and sniezing, clearly ill. No questions asked on check in regarding your personal health. The receptionist without a mask, checking us in. We were happy to be out asap. A nightmare of 'don't care'
