The room was comfortable and small snacks were included. The room has clean surfaces and there is a full body mirror in the room. Rooftop terrace is beautiful. Staff is helpful and asked me personally if I would like cleaning of the rooms/change towels etc. I stayed in a room of the ground level with only fan in the room; however, the temperature was pleasant and not too hot. Very worth it in Cadiz!
There were some small ants in the room

Excellent location. It was near all points of interest, not far from the train station, the cathedral, the beach, the city centre. We were allowed to leave our backpacks pre check-in and post checkout. Staff was very attentive and responsive when we had questions.

Excellent location and immaculately clean and modern. Free bottled water, biscuits and tea provided. Great little roof-top terrace.
For us it was fine that there was no lift and we had to walk up three flights of stairs but I suppose guests with reduced mobility would find this difficult. However, there were also rooms on the ground floor.

The wifi had too short range so signal strenght was too weak. Also, the transmission speed too low. I could not work properly. Had to sit in the roof terrace, still the speed was too low. Standard must be improved.
A small simple table, and a chair, should be in every room. That is usual standard too, in most hotels and hostels.
Some walls are very thin, noise from other rooms (bathroom especially) was both disturbing and annyoing.

"Ottima posizione esattamente in centro. Stanza molto pulita e sistemata tutti i giorni dal personale. Personale molto gentile. Direi un’ottima soluzione per spendere poco a Cádiz."
