PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa

Everything - we really enjoyed our stay. The ambience was good, the staff were friendly and the food was great. We loved breakfast because of the variety.

The WiFi in the rooms were being worked during our stay so that should be improved on.

A great resort with friendly, welcomming staff. Room was big, and things was clean. Great pool area and bars and restairants was good

No shoehorn om the room. Sometimes a bit sloppy service. You did order, and sometimes just one got served, while the other got forgot.breakfast was in general overcocked

The staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. Spa was nice (albeit a bit expensive). Enjoyed the water aerobics and other pool based activities. My daughter loved the pool.

I booked via booking.com, for what I thought was 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) to stay in one room. Getting to the hotel, I was advised that the booking was for 1 person!! and that I needed to cough up an extra $360 - wow! making the very expensive hotel stay even more expensive. Facilities were dated and the food???? just terrible. My daughter hardly ate the whole time! The 'all inclusive' was somewhat inclusive as things like ice cream and some drinks (very limited drinks menu) were off the table. The gym at the property was under construction, so could not be used. Entertainment was hit and miss.
