Lighting: Very good lighting in the room of both natural light and the inroom lighting. There is a big window. The light in the room is bright which I like it, I can read novel at night easily
Space: spacious,
Carpark: just right in front of our room
Location: just a stone throw to the lake, we can parked at hotel and walk to the famous breakfast spot 'Curbside coffee and bagel'.
As it's near the lake, the climate is quite cold for me so the heating system takes time to warm the room up. But when it gets warm it's comfortable. There is no dressing table and the electricity outlets are at corners, too far to the bed.

Great location. Easy walk into town. Plenty of options to choose. Restaurant's, Coffee, Drinks and the beautiful Wanaka Lake.
Weekends in Wanaka are busy. Midweek visit would have been better.

Location was convenient to walking into town. Owner was nice.
I think the cost of this hotel is overpriced for the Very Basic accommodations. Similar properties in New Zealand were less expensive. Even larger hotels were less expensive.
