The Raddison had great amenities and was good value for the price
Great pool and dining experience

It was set out well with lovely gardens, pool, restaurant & rooms looking over it all.
It is run down & requires a LOT of maintenance. For example The wooden bridge going over the pool is dangerous with rotting wood to walk on & railings. 2 of the pool ladders are dangerous with a missing steps, no one in our group of 21 adults & kids could use them.
We had no phone in our room to contact reception, housekeeping or food services.

The suites are spacious enough to accommodate large families, and the hotel is just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures.
The family rooms have only one shared bathroom, which was inconvenient when everyone needed to shower and get ready for the day, resulting in longer preparation times.

Spacious rooms
They lost our booking on arrival, Rooms were old and not well maintained, frequent issues with smells from drains, power outages, broken facilities in the room, damp smells on couches and pillows. Always a shortage of towels both for the shower and the pool. The ones that were there were often stained and ripped.
