Good location and close to shopping and great restaurants. Clean and comfortable beds. Shower pressure was great.

Couldn’t access the room until late afternoon as they hadn’t finished cleaning. Had to call them once we arrived to find out. Thankfully we could leave our bags at another hotel close by. Then when we returned our room tags didn’t work. Luckily the cleaners were still there to let us into the apartment. There was no can opener in the kitchen either or ventilation fan in the bathroom.

Our booking changed to an Executive Townhouse (6), at no extra cost, when our original booking became unavailable at the last minute, and we consider ourselves extremely lucky! For us, this townhouse was absolutely fabulous (parents with 2 adult children). The townhouse had everything we needed - upstairs there are 2 separate bathrooms with showers & toilets, a queen bed at one end of the hallway and 2 singles at the other end (or it can be a king bed). Downstairs is the kitchenette, dining table, couches, and a lovely small outside deck with chairs and lots of Piwakawaka (fantails) in the nearby bush ... it was lovely!! With a sick relative in hospital, it's only $9 for Uber trips to the hospital. There are expected quiet periods at this property (10pm to 8am, from memory) but even with a room full of school children next door (hockey tournament) the noise levels were fine for us as everyone respected the rules.

We thought everything was fantastic! Depending on what the normal rates are we'd happily stay there again tomorrow.

Loved the location and that there was everything we needed. Good sized milk and decent products in bathrooms. Huge space for four adults. Great price. Heaps of places to eat close by. We found it relatively quiet . Apartments were very warm when we got in, which was nice.

The main bed was a bit hard for my liking. The doors need a good spray of CRC to stop the squeak. Curtains could be black out in bed rooms Awesome to have parking over the road but the pricing is a bit weird this is no fault of the apartments.

The apartment was spacious and the location was great. The complex is pretty run done though, when it rained the overhead windows leaked with water dropping on the couches. The kitchen had minimal provisions and it was very bare eg no cushions, my room had no mirror, not enough towel rails. So the basics were there eg hair dryer but no more.

A few small items - an extra towel rail in the bathroom would have meant we could all hang towels up, mirrors in the bedroom. Cushions as the sofa was very uncomfortable, a decent coffee plunger, bowls.
