Just a personal thing but the bed was too hard.
There was a lack of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen- only 1 dessert plate, 1 knife.
The bed was too hard, lack of cutlery and crockery.

A good mixture of historic & modern facilities
Car parking - an issue - and very expensive considering who expensive it is to stay as well

Location was great as we were attending WOW. Had difficulty parking in front of the hotel to drop off bags and collect parking ticket. We're not aware reception was closed for lunch so had to come back
The room decor was very tired and the furniture grubby. However the bedroom and bathroom were clean

"Location was ideal - nice and central - 10mins walk to the train station and close to eateries and the waterfront."
