The hotel was full of filthy chemicals smell, kitchen was in the main corridor through which we have to pass by to access room. It’s a open kitchen with no ventilation and the cooking smell filled up the entire hotel. Room was full of bad chemical smell and suffocating. Window couldn’t be locked.

Great location. Very central to everything. We had a great stay and would go again.

Parking was expensive but it's wellington.

Good clean handy location in the central city. Nice facilities, comfy bed.

A keydrop for an early check out would be handy

In the centre of wellington facilities great especially washing machine and dryer in apartment.

No heatpump so it was terribly hot and stuffy meaning had to open windows on a noisy street Room next door decided to have TV on at full tilt at 2am..... no sleep thanks to noise level.

Das Appartement hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Es stand eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Die Lage war super.

Nothing, despite we needed to change rooms as the toilet broke. This was managed very quickly.

Great location and spacious apartment

The apartment is pretty tired, & TV is old so needed to buy a Chromecast to watch streamed programmes.

Loved everything - the staff were lovely - the room was spacious and had everything we needed.
