The location was good.
Overall the apartment was run down.
There was mold on the glass entry door on Lambton Quay, in the bathroom ( on the bath side of the ceiling/ wall, the drain hole in the bathroom basin. The ceiling was peeling in the bedroom & bathroom. The lounges were worn & the seating areas were covered & fitted to the lounge cushion with a polar fleece blanket. The dishwasher was noted to be “ out of order”. We stayed for 1 week & the floor was not vacuumed during that time. The mattress dipped in the middle.
