Breakfast was excellent and off good quality products. The hotel location was excellent for exploring the city but you need google maps to find the street and the entrance which is in a small street . Our room was quiet for a city hotel.. The hotel is very near the old town
Not overly impressed with the dinner we had. I had the dry aged rib eye which I felt was a bit tough. My wife had cod fish cakes which were OK. The restaurant staff were excellent. Our room required the use of a lot of stairs but if you were physically restricted it would difficult to get luggage etc up to the room.

Fantastic room design- both comfortable and visually had a wow factor. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was of high quality. We had a suite with outside sun terrace which was a nice treat.

- Great location
- Accommodation was not as described or illustrated in the website images
- poor decoration and repairs, shower flooded bathroom floor, no hot water on one morning, no warm welcome, little or no soundproofing, very poor customer service
