We loved our very spacious room and its view. We had asked for a private room and our request was accommodated - we were at the end of the row of buildings and very close to the spa where we had an amazing massage and facial. The staff and management were also extremely accommodating- I had somehow accidentally booked two rooms and they sorted it out for me and didn't charge me which was extremely kind of them. I would definitely stay there again.
The rooms were a little dated but the spaciousness and view made up for it. Also my husband was frustrated with the internet as he wanted to live stream some football and wasn't able to - interestingly we were able to do so in the middle of the Masai Mara so I'm sure this is something the hotel can remedy

Everything.. The place never disappoints, from the rooms to restaurants
Thapelo gave us a tour of the place. 2nd trip there and we want to take more
Pool area, not enough seating space. 3yrs back we suggested bar chairs nd table with umbrellas

The room was everything .
That game drive waste of money imagine paying R420 just to see trees I think is better to inform people before paying . And also the breakfast I didn’t enjoy it on Sunday coz people booked for birthday celebrations we couldn’t even get chairs to sit down . At the reception can they offer us a welcome drink .
