The apartment is located in very prime location in the middle of the city with many shops and resturants on walking distance. The toilets were having water near the WC (Shattaf) which is very convienient for muslims The size of the apartment is pretty good and the furntiture and equipment are in very good shape The call centre is availble all the time and the respond is effective and quick

The check in process is slightly difficult with many steps to follow; there is no one to help if anything went wrong The elevator is very old style and small creating difficulties in taking the lugguage up and sometimes needs long waiting The beds are pretty small and the area under them not clean No coffee machine or Nespresso No tourist information kept in the room also no telephone line to be used for ordering The apartment was very cold upon arrival, the heating system is very complicated and takes long time to operate

The apartment was in a good location. They have a washing machine and a Nespresso with 6 complimentary pods

There were terrible smells in the apartment, especially in the master bedroom. The second bedroom was extremely small, and the sofa couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. Check-in was a bit of a hassle, it completely automated and there was no option of an early check-in.

Even though our arrival was before check in time, keys were available. Easy accessible procedure. Before, during and after our stay staff was available through chat and phone. Thankful for the help in organizing transportation from and to the airport. We chose to be close to the city center to be able to visit almost everything by foot. Even though we were located near a busy street, noise isolation was good enough to sleep. Two bathrooms available in a three room appartment. Was more than enough, towels available.

Nothing negative to mention. Points of feedback: provide dish washer tablet per day of stay and provide extra trash bags. Maybe also prived cooking oil.

Very central location. Spacious, clean and modern. Fantastic air conditioning which was an essential in August

Check in was a little convoluted and impersonal but when we did speak to the support team they were very efficient and helpful. Special mention / thank you for helping with an ad hoc query.

It was confortable for my family of 5, great location. I had all the stores and restaurants very near.

At check in at 2:45am we couldn’t get our keys from the box machine but we called the number and they fix it, took a bit of time but they did. Also, I paid my tourist tax thru the machine and the next day they kept emailing me that I didn’t but I sent them a screen shot of my payment and it was resolved.
